Based on the triangular lightening holes, I would say the trailer is manufactured by Trail King.

Never paid much attention to thr A Smith Miller Transfer rig, but it a nineteen axle model. Will try to get it from the self and get some pics of it.

The trailer you are referring to produced by A. Smith was also done in "Bay Crane" colors.
