I don't want to break anything, but would like to see if you can get a seated operator in there. If anybody has any pictures of this please share. I use the "thing to open doors and hatches" that comes with the Valmet models from Sword (No idea on what it is called. It is very useful!

Glen, I think I made out just fine in Egypt. Had one hell of a time with you all and still had a couple bucks left when the night was over? I know I didn't make out as good as Loverboy COULD HAVE made out... but I still enjoyed myself! ... Prt

I for one like your review. And why would you purchase something and sell it for what you payed for it as a salesman. When you sell thing you are in the business to make money not break even. Jason NIkl Scale Models

CLAP CLAP CLAP EM' GLEN! I was gonna mail your stuff out, but then figured I'd just bring it with in March. You are going... yes? I think we can find some trouble out that way! Seriousely, Your goodies go out on Monday! And AJG, I've never really been a HUGE fan of Scraper models. However, with the introduction of the Cat 657G Model from Norscot this year... man, I am in love! Those are just superb models and without a doubt, in my eyes, the greatest (stock that is, not counting customs in other words) model living in any collection today! I don't see any other models on the market that even come close to that thing and it really is a great piece! Don't get me wrong, there are dozens of awesome models out there for example, the D375A Komatsu from First Gear... what a model! But pound for pound, dollar for dollar... I would say that my personal favorite stock model would be the Cat 657G from Noscot in 1:50 Scale! Moveable ejector or not... that thing is awesome! Right now time is a little tight, but after the Holiday, I will try to get all of the new Norscot's in one picture for everyone. It would make for a nice family portrait! lol Glad you enjoy the pics AJG, it's nice to be able to share them with everyone! ... Prt PS... sorry for the quality of this pic... this was just a quick shot for you of some of my Cat Scrapers!

I agree with you Prt. I'm not a big scraper fan either ,but I had to get two of the 657G's and I love them. They are the only scrapers I have. The 657's are the only Norscot models I got this year.Too many other models out there ahead of the 14M and 963D's, will get them next Year.Love the Sword 357's that I got. Also purchased the Mack Granite+ Talbert lowboy in Komatsu livery based on your review. I have it next to my Sword Pete's and it looks great. Thanks Art

catman05 wrote: prt, I notice that you sell a lot of models on ebay. I wonder if you give a fair review when you sell these models for more money than they are worth. All I can say is Buyer Beware. In my post I was merely expressing my opinion and just that. Everyone has to make up there own mind when purchasing models. IMHO, models are worth whatever people are willing to pay for them. I would suspect that some buyers appreciate the extra service and hard work performed by certain sellers and include this in their calculation of a model's value.

I was wondering where the T-800 in old Cat yellow was. It has always looked good with a scraper trailer. Nice display there, Mike. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Elis-Hobby-Diecast/803248369690387?ref=hl
