about the basket.... it has nothing to do with moving someone on a machine that does 1 MPH.... it more for if someone gets hurt on the higher floors of the jobsite, they can just lift him down instead of having to carry him down stairs or whatever the case may be

Of course they are made at the same factory, every single telescopic boom crane and crawler crane above 300t made by Liebherr are made at Liebherr Werk Ehingen ;) But it's pretty funny that those two LTRs, made exactly after each other, both ends up in this thread.
