Thanks for the pics! LTM 1150 6.1 really is a good crane, and it's becoming more and more popular

You spelleded Kran wrong Teeth

Ask the Ainscough folks if they would be interested in a trade....I'll build them a Lego crane for the lobby of the depot if they will fly me over there and let me see some lifting action first hand! Cool Cool

I am jealous of you, Gaz....I have always wanted to operate one of those guys...

Is that the RS Focus mate? Or an ST? Theres a well nice White RS that drives round where i live and its absolutely amazing! Had a look round a Green RS in my local ford dealer....man i wish i could afford one of those! I also had a sit in and a look round one of the new Fiesta S1600 Ltd Edition and i have to say i am very very tempted to trade my little 1.2 Fiesta in for one!

Few more pictures of my crane, running around nicely in it keeping busy Smile

Waiting for a fork lift to place my other 2 matts ready to lift Turbine blades onto a boat

Lifting a 8t transformer out of a mini substation

Rigging in the yard next to the much smaller LTM1500!!!

Run of the mill job, portakabins at the Olympic park

Helping out a LTM1500 as rigging crane

Spent 5 hours washing and cleaning, looks almost new again

The previously mentioned LTM1500 I rigged

And 2 random pictures from my collection, LTM1800's boom

And lastly, one of the most spectacular lifts Ainscough have done in a while, the 300t SS Robin, TC2800 & LG1550 tandem lifting. Both cranes pretty new and shinny looking

There is a youtube video of this lift - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QOsklun2Xk

Enjoy people

The steels i carry on the back of the crane, if I need extra timbers underneath they usually come on a Hiab, 12t 8 legger with a Fassi on board. In this case i was on extra Ballast so the matts came on a 25t 40ft trailer along with the 18.2t of ballast.

very good pics, so envious. met one of the lads from your depot in march this year he was up on the shutdown at conoco immingham, he was on a 150 think his name was big rob. you might also know a lad called allister he drives one of the ballast wagons think he runs out of your depot . he's a good laugh i met him through a mutual friend on his stag do. hope to get on something bigger in the near future but doubt it will be out of our depot though,as we were told that we are not in the frame for any big cranes period..

Yup Rob is from out depot, just so happens he's my best mate, i live just down the road from him. He drives our LTM1200. Allister works out of Hayes, all the london based ballast wagons run out of Hayes now, work with Allister a lot, he came out with my ballast the other day. You never know what around the corner with Ainscough and cranes, I was up Leibherrs on Tuesday and they had 7 LTM1090's ready to be delivered, and another 2 LTM1150's and i've heard a lot of the old LTM1100's are getting replaced soon so you never know, you might get something.

A healthy 92.5 (uk) ton, it is prob a little to much sometimes, struggles up some of the steeper hill out in country! But on another note it carries almost 30t of ballast so when I'm rigged I've got some very good lifting duties as runs. Ideal taxi crane Smile
