Hi,

Can I ask about the 12th picture down....first model at the very top of the frame, carrying what looks to be a BR MK2F Intercity Swallow coach, Is this a model of Moveright International Daf 95 Space cab (Light grey with Yellow hubs) ? Would it be possible to get a picture?

Regards
Kevin

Thanks for the picture David..

Talk about a masterpiece, it looks totally superb, I was lucky enough to see this very truck over here in Belfast around ten years ago or so when they (Moveright) were shifting around 30 or so old coaches from Belfast docks...I have some pictures somewhere..

Thanks once again for sharing..!!

Regards

Kevin

DWW,

Many thanks for having loaded all pictures above: just the kind of chops I fancy !
The Pickfords outfit is very nice, he has done a great job from scratch on the Crane-Fruehauf girder trailer, not to mention all other UK heavy haulage sets, perfectly modelled.

Your friend is a "masterclass scratchbuilder" (I'm not sure if this is correct English, though).
Would you mind asking him to contact me (guy.menou@ogos.fr) as I have some very specific questions to ask about some of his models displayed.

The Crane grider trailer was made from 268 scratch built parts which came from an old shop sign and a SHYZIPSCREEN blind !! With help from his Dad who he locked in the garage and would not let out until he had finished !!!

There were also 186 assorted screws , lenses, wheels etc.

The wheels came from Hobbies and are for model radio controlled aircraft they have been modified to look better .

Guy if you have any further questions please ask me as " Junk Modeller" has not got a computer at this time hes spent all his money on his two Mustangs one of which is bright Yellow and says BOSS on the side .
Thats why his models are made from Scrape.

Wow, I really enjoyed looking through all of these pictures. What an imaginative and creative mind, I wish I had that vision from whatever is available.
