If anyone remembers this project started as a fairly simple parking lot replacement job. Then with a couple of massive change orders from the city the job ballooned into a large sanitary project. Well now it is time to get back to the parking lot work. However we do need to finish up a bit of the sewer work. Time to cut some ditches.

Getting the rough grade down. We will need a grader here to get it within tolerance for paving. Busting up any large bit of the dirt We need to move some of these boulders for future "landscaping use". These suckers are really heavy.

After popping wheelies in the loader all day all the bit rocks are in place. Finally have the grader here. Big 14M. Could have used the 16G but we would spent all day turning around. It is going to be bad enough with the 14M. Out 140H is currently plagued with all kinds of electrical problems. 14M does have the ability to push a lot of dirt on the board

Ethan, what is needed now is a nice Wirtgen WR 240 and some stabilizer to work into the dirt. Then go over it with a grader and compactors and you'd have a good stabilized base for paving on!!
Good job so far and glad to see some more on the job!!
