Sweet pics Jason! Is this the new CP Chem/USGC ethylene site? If so, the company that I work for is doing almost half of the pipe spool fabrication for it!

Typically the crane operators for the larger cranes get paid by Tonnage and Boom length(whichever is greater) per the local operators union agreement (if they are union). The operators also get more per hour if they have different certifications, NCCO, etc. If they are non-union then each operator typically negotiates their own rate.
