The Estepe truck transporter semi-trailer was first produced by Lion Toys/Tematoys, then re-issued by WSI with some minor improvements.

I didn't make any modification on these, except on the Renault Magnum/Estepe combination, where the (Lion Toys) king pin had to fit the (Joal) 5th wheel: I then use my "standard" king pin/5th wheel system, which fits all models, whatever brand they come from (see some examples below):

Guy when you display these at a show what type of feedback does your team get from people who are vested in the Nicoletti company. They must be amazed that you guys customized these to represent their company. If I was them I would want these in the headquarters of the company, what an advertising marvel it would be for them and conversation piece.

Old members of the Nicoletti company staff enjoy very much to see these models at local shows.

I didn't expand on Nicoletti but to summarize, that important civil engineering company in the Nice region during the seventies, faced some financial problems end of the eighties and 70% of its shares were bought by Tarmac (UK) in 1991. Later, the name changed to Carillion, which a few years later became Cari (2004). Cari have since been absorbed by the Fayat Group in 2010/2012.
Fayat is today the fourth largest construction and civil engineering company in France and owns some reputable civil engineering equipment construction companies like the French Ermont and PTC, the German Bomag, the Italian Marini, etc: http://en.fayat.com/

So no more Nicoletti headquarters entry hall to display these models!

Guy not to worry about the Kenworth on the wrong side of the road I don’t believe anyone will play chicken with that set up. Thanks for the response and information on the Nicoletti company, what happened to them happens to the construction companies here also. I see the Fayat name in some of the trade magazines over here advertising their equipment. Also another great set of models and dioramas.

2 buses produced by the Swedish Scania company:
- Left: CR 76 4x2/2 bus, 32 seating + 48 standing pax (modified Tekno model),
- Right: Omnicity CN 230 UB 4x2/2 bus, 23 seating and 80 standing pax (Joal model)
