Seeing this, I might actually get one. Looks much better. Biggest plus over the 984C are the tensioned tracks.

I recieved my 9100 yesterday and it's a fantastic model. The only gripe I have is that the bucket is a tiny bit loose fitting. The 984 however is solid in every respect but lacks the detail of the 9100.

Nice to see the updated model with the tinted windows Paul. Thanks for posting. I don't own any current Conrad models but this one might be the one that sells me. Were there any other modifications over the MineExpo model? I recall some talk of a narrower track pad at some stage however it appears to be the same. You just need a R9350 and the supposed upcoming R9800 to complete the family portrait. Cheer again, Rowan. 1:25th scale CAT 375L excavator

Hi Rowan, I'm afraid I can only go on what Shovelman said r.e the valve block behind the boom base is now grey, they've accented the grills on the right side of the machine and the black cab. I noticed that the tracks are narrower than the 984's. It would seem that the white 984 is now quite rare with many dealers sold out. The 9800 would be some beast to add to the line up
