love it, be better if it came with a bigger jib.

That can be arranged. I just got the measurements in from the boom head section of the LTM 1070, and they are a perfect match! I do not have acces to that model at the moment however, so I'll have to wait a while before making some photo's, but I can't wait to give it a try!! Dancing Dancing

I got my LTM 1070-4.1 out and attached the jib to the boom head. Well, as Jeff (JSW57) already said in his topic about the LTR 1100 with LTM 1060-2 jib it really does fit like it came with it!!

Just something else I tried out. Of course it would be a waste not using the upperpart of the LTM 1200-5.1 after building a P 954 C, so I imagined a bigger brother for the LTR 1100. Yup, you guessed it, a LTR 1200!! I used the tracks from the Komatsu PC 1100 for this, and it doesn't look al that bad! Definately something to think about in the future!

With it's smaller brother...

makes the ltr1100 look so small, you could make a hole fleet or LTR's.

That's the idea. The LTR 1200 will be the biggest. Then the LTR 1100. A smaller variant based on the LTC 1055, a tiny one using the R 924Compact as a base, and a special crane boom for my R 954 B/C demolition models.

Yup, I guess you have to. Teeth Teeth

Here's another variant of mine, the LTRC 1055. Crane part of the LTC 1055-3.1 with my extendable undercarriage from the R 954 C.

Picking up the extra counterweight...

Boom up, and crawlers set wide...

Here's my present collection of Telescopic crawler cranes.
A new Sennebogen 683 is planned, as I am going to convert my present model to a 683 M.

The collection exists mostly out of Liebherr:

Liebherr LTR 1100 (original model)
Liebherr LTRC 1055-NLC (Narrow Long Crawler)
Liebherr LTR 1200
Demag TC-40

The LTR 1200 is, while awaiting the Himobo quickcouplers for my R 954 C) my new pet-project. It uses the undercarriage and counterweight of the Sennebogen 5500. This might look simple enough, and I already prepared the Sennebogen's counterweight part to fit on the Liebherr, when I realised that the main counterweight plate was too wide to fit between the crawlers... So, now I have to build an extra part to enhance the radius, so the counterweight tray can be picked up without the crawlers being in the way. This also gives an added bonus of having a second winch (from the first LTR 1100). To make this possible I already have some JB-Weld on order! Applause Applause
From YCC the brass cilinder is also on the way. Applause

The LTRC 1055-NLC is based on the LTC 1055-3.1 with the undercarriage from the Sennebogen 683. This looks better than the undercarriage of the Liebherr R 954 C. The Demag TC-40 uses the top part of the AC-40 mobile crane with the undercarriage from a Hitachi 450. Perfect match!

I made some improvements to my LTRC 1055. Thanks to a fellow collector for the LRB 255 undercarriage. I still have to rig the crane, but couldn't find a good hook. I might have to look at those nice YCC hooks.

Except for the standard counterwight the model laso has undercarriage counterweight from the LTR 1100.

Alot of your creations make me want to start making my own customs.

But i'm still curious to see how the LTR 1200 is coming along...Think

Thanks. The LTR 1200 well, that's still in the shop. I need a lot of time off from work to complete this, which will take a couple of months. I have the JB weld, but will try it out first to see how to use it properly.
