Am I correct in thinking that you cant get 1:50 scale detail stuff from plastruct? If not I will have to make do with the 1:48 scale ladders etc, as the stuff looks great.Think

This is true - they pretty much handle the standard railroad gauges. The piping and valves all come in different sizes (in the real world) so that part isn't a problem. And 1:48 is virtually indistinguishable from 1:50 for small details like chairs, ladders, fencing etc.
