I take my camera even if I'm going to the local shops - you never know if you'll bump into a lowloader, snowplough or something like that around here.

As I understand it there are four tractors with the loads to Saythorpe power station as they are that heavy . They go to a layby near Newark where they are transferred on to SPMTs last week it was Wagenborg [ where was Tim ] this week it was ALE . From there they go to site on Sunday night .
Not sure what cranes are on site but Weldex was some running gear there working on site with Teasdales ballasted Scania moving it about.
If you look at the docks at Hull there are lots of big Yellow abnormal loads that ALE are taking though during the night .

I have been past Staythorpe several times but have not been able to get close enough to the building site......yet! I may have an opportunity this week but we'll see.
