I take my camera even if I'm going to the local shops - you never know if you'll bump into a lowloader, snowplough or something like that around here.

As I understand it there are four tractors with the loads to Saythorpe power station as they are that heavy . They go to a layby near Newark where they are transferred on to SPMTs last week it was Wagenborg [ where was Tim ] this week it was ALE . From there they go to site on Sunday night . Not sure what cranes are on site but Weldex was some running gear there working on site with Teasdales ballasted Scania moving it about. I have been past Staythorpe several times but have not been able to get close enough to the building site......yet! I may have an opportunity this week but we'll see.
