I too want to congratulate you on your new job and I will also be looking forward to more excellent videos. Thanks and will do!! Redjack Ryan wrote:Great photos as usual, Justin. Congrats on the getting a job with them, you'll get to be around what you love!
Lehigh is where our Francisco surface mine got our two Euclid R260's from.
Here are some photos during operation: Boy, if we could only get those trucks back now, would we make progress!! Those Euc's were excellent trucks, never one problem with them. That was back in the day when they werer running all 4 Demag's at 99. It's a shame too because there is still A LOT of coal under the current 99 pit, but to recover it is just un efficeint.

Yeah and that's something we're starting to require for all equipment entering the site- that it be custom painted for us. LC&Ns colors of red, white, and blue signify the oldest and largest anthracite mining company in the world! our website http://www.lcncoal.com/

As for our equipment...2 new Komatsu HD785's just arrived 2 weeks ago, new Komatsu WA800, new Komatsu D475A-3 (another on it's way), and a second DEMAG H285S is being priced in Virginia.
Do you know what year those D475A-3s are? I only ask becasue the 3 series were replaced by the D475A-5 starting in 2004.
