Terrible of them to do that isn,t it, fancy keeping your customers updated on what is happening, what is the world coming to!!

YES YES YES that is what collectors deserve. By my count, this makes, 59 customer communications from CCM to 1 for norscot (granted not all are related to new product, but communication none the less, (Um sorry we have factory problems, something with payment or customs or such...) I KNOW WHERE MY $$ WILL BE SPENT, actually they were commited long ago.
