Hi,
My name is Dan Silvestru I am from Romania and I make 1/50 scale resin models from 2007
I want to start a new range " HIGHWAY TRUCK " .
For beggining I was make the Autocar DC 75 on 4x2 version tractor with round fenders.
Second model will be the Galion dump trailer for this Autocar
Other model is White 9000 with Autocar trailer.
Please tell me your opinions abouth this models and what other Highway models you lake to have at 1/50 scale.

How about a 1950s FWD dump truck with a snow plow?

That Autocar would also make a nice tandem dump truck.

You did a great job with the Hayes HD 400 dump truck,
But what about a 70's Kenworth W900 with a flatbed?-Bill

Not really a highway truck I guess but it would look real nice and unique.

Also, have you considered selling these models as kits? They would allow the collector to personalize the model.

Hello Dan,

the Mack LR with two trailers in the last picture would also be a nice addition for our collection.
But please don´t forget both Hendrickson trucks called Little and Big Henry.

Yes the Mack LR is in my program for EDE next year !
Regarding the Hendrickson tractor I must make first the Ih International R-200 and with this cab I will make the Hendrickson too. Do you comme on Houte on 01.December ?

Hi Bill,
I am happy you lake the Hayes dump,
I have in my program the Kenworth 524 and 924 - old Cab style in many versions lake : Logger, tractor, oilfield tractor , Canadian , S-924.......
Also one flat trailer I was start this days , but I need more informations and the name of facturer of this trailer !!!!!

Personally I would be over joyed to see a vintage Sterling produced in 1:50 scale. I realize the below photograph is not that of a "highway truck", but it was the best photograph of a vintage Sterling truck I could find.
