Was planning to order the LR1300 shortly, but I now will wait for six months or so and get the 1600 when other liveries become available.

I'm looking forward to the Liebherr LH 80 material handler and the Liebherr 81K crane. That's about it for me...

I just hope the LR1600 doesnt have the rivetted luffer butt on the heavy boom head.

Edit: Anyone going to the toy fair, please take heeps and heeps of pics. I have a feeling there might be a bit of Aussie style of models on display.

Thanks for posting. I can't help think that the colours don't look right on the Weldex Crane though?

I know it could be

a) a pre-production sample
b) limitations of the printing/re-production of the brochure.

If it's right - it will be fantastic and a must-have.

I will pick up those 11200s for sure, I did not think NZG could sit on those molds for long! The LR1600 looks to be quite a nice model too, I will have to see what liveries they produce?

I changed the title to a more general one. Maybe we can keep all the Toy Fair news in one place?

Tim, the Weldex model is not yet a model, but rather a photo illustration. NZG uses this a lot in their brochures. They take a photo of an existing model, and use photoshop or something like that to add the new livery. Check the HS 855 in HC Hagemann livery beneath the Weldex model, exact same pose, but different colour. I think there hasn't been an actual model in Weldex livery made yet, and knowing NZG the final production model will be correct in the colour scheme.

BTW, it looks like the Liebherr LH 80 has a new style orange peel, it looks different from the one used on the Sennebogen 835. I think it will be released with an orange peel instead of a clamshell bucket because of the boom. Straight boom equipped machines are normally more used for sorting jobs, while bananabooms (like the previous A 954 C High-Rise) are more for loading sand.

Did anyome notice the dual tires on the Hamm Agri-compacter? That's new too... Hopefully they will modify the standard model to this as well. Looks cool!!

It's about time they announced this, it seemed to drag on for a while and I started to think that it wasn't going to make it. Perhaps this will be the first crawler to enter my collection! It's a great looking lifty thingameebob. Any other rumors floating around? Think

i emailed NZG and asked if they have redesigned the A-frame drum, instead of having it the same way as the lr1300 and hs855, they said it will be different from them, and its scheduled to be available around june or july 2013. thats all the info they gave me.

cant wait to see the actual model photos, definitely going to be an expensive yearConfused
sounds like this will come out around the same time as the 31000, if its not delayed againPray

All Volvo, JCB and New Holland models from Motorart are 1:50th scale. The Hidromek is 1:40th scale

Anybody know if there are attachments comming with or on those New Holland skid steers? I hope that is just a reference photo, I'm not crazy about having a fixed blade on a skid. Universal hobbies announcement is disappointing....hope there is more than that.

Don't write it of quite yet, a 37 ton class in 1:40 would translate down to a 60 ton class in 1:50. Could have a good deal of custom potential!
