Cranes Etc wrote:Nuremberg Toy Fair 2013Report: Cranes Etc. Video starring your host! Ian Great review and video interviews. Have to say this caught my attention: "Also significant is WSI's new marketing arrangement with Tonkin Replicas and the formation of Diecast Holdings. This will impact Tonkin's new Caterpillar models and other opportunities for both WSI and Tonkin."

There's one of those big material handlers here along the river, don't know if its a sennebogen, it's painted tan, no name on it. Very interesting model, might pick one up

Interesting... The Sennebogen 8130 EQ appears to be available as a crawler and as a pedestral variant. I wonder if the model comes with both parts, so you can swap them or if there will be two different models available. Then again... I think I need two of them... A crawler and a pedestral...

The bad news is you will have to buy about a dozen trucks with parts of the crane loaded to get the complete crane.Herpa knows how to screw their customers up to the max

Here you go: http://forum.bauforum24.biz/forum/index.php?showtopic=55351&st=245I wish I could go there someday myself. The 1:50th stuff is interesting of course, but think about everything else!! It's Toy paradise!! On another site I saw a picture of the new Transformers toys. Hasbro is coming with a Metroplex figure that's the biggest transformer ever, at about 60 cm tall. It just happens that my uncle has a webshop selling steammodel engines (Wilesco), and he actually has the possibility to go the fair. I think I just have to try convincing him to go there and bring me along.
