Looks a lot like an Ottawa by Kalmar here. We have one at work, used for spotting flatbed trailers and yes, very common at container terminals. The wheelbase on the model seems too long, ours is much shorter. It's fun to operate, very easy to maneuver in tight quarters. It's much easier on the driver with a lever to raise the fifth wheel and the rear door makes it easy to connect/disconnect the air lines without climbing any steps.
