Big bearing 30 tons tonite , next week tues / wed nite boom comes out and is added to on the 18000 .

They are building a new "viewing platform" right here, the other one,The Winter Garden they are making a subway entrance right in front and they are tearing down that viewing platform so thats why they are probably making this one

seen the 18000 was working this morning so head there to get some pictures. After about 3 1/2 hours of waiting, it lifted the Favco 760D boom

The one crane you showed the back side of above, was that Liebherr an HS855 or was that a LR1280???

The Link-Belt ones in the backround of the one being put up in the photos were put up by the 18000 in late December 2010 . The one in the foreground was put up sometime in March 2011.
