Hi all here is some upgrades i did to my lr 1300 crawler doring the weekend as i found some x small spanded metal for the walk ways and also made the pendants holders for the booom sections. Dont know if i am wrong on where to put the walk way but so far by pictures i found this is what i did. Also made this big shackle with self pinning for the tower. Here are the walk ways on the main boom with the pendant holders. Here they done attaching the device and tower top. The top is off ready to go. Disconnecting the cww. As they dont need it no more in low radius. The crane ready to set the load on spmts Almost in the trailer Will get the vid uploaded later of the hole lift. I will try to get more spanded metal for the walk ways. And if anybody wants a set pm me.cheap. Cheap. hi all here is the new nordic on its first job setting some beams for next floor in the plant. they are planing on expanding the plant in the next couple years, so keep in touch with this thread. there will be a lot of lifts. liebherr didnt had a heavy hauler to haul the crane so they got this truck from vip's fleet. i still dont know why they used wood blocks instead of the ramps. they got the plates ready for the beams. the weights came a little late but i didnt work today so i had all day to see the set up and some lifts. liebherr crew's transportation to training the guys. lifting the cw tray. attaching the short jib. next day after testing and training the guys the beams arrived at the plant, as it was planed. here we go with the first lift. went to have breakfast ant they almost had done with the support beams. first cross beam. this guys are fast, they almost finish for today, or thats what the supervisor told me. well thats it for today, i will post more as it goes. asta la vista baby SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. http://s1185.photobucket.com/home/vipyfz2008/indexhttp://www.youtube.com/user/vipyfz?feature=mheeluis.
