I was thinking about making a crusher bucket for some time now, and started working on it a few months back. Unfortunately it didn't work out at the time, and the project was shelved. Well... I picked it up this week, and especially this morning, although after 'finishing' I realised that the crusher (from the Siku Wirtgen recycler) should have been further to the rear. Well, it's just a prototype, so improvements will be made in the future. Suggestions are, as always, very welcome!! On the Liebherr...  Close-up bucket...     And my multi-functional lifting attachment lifting a YCC Core-Loc...

Always love your posts, thats some cool attachments. What are the Core-Loc made of, I was thinking of getting a few.

They weigh about 80 grams each. Very nice model for a diorama or something. My second one is on the way, and I intend to get 8 more over the next couple of months.

Gregg That depends own what you mean with a pavement bucket, but I'm pretty sure I don't. Any photo's of one? Anyway, I moved the drum somewhat further to the rear of the bucket, which looks a lot better (not to mention more practical)...

Some new attachments. First up, a floor-parts clamp (small variant).     Second, a small container from Zon models, fitted with an adapter for a quickcoupler. This is the first of two try-outs. Second one will be in the reversed position, and feature bucket-ears.   Clos-up of the container and adapter for the quickcoupler.   With the smaller container...  And something for the near future, a pice of tubing from the local Do it Yourself store.

Although i loved the R 954 C with the large telescopic boom for very deep digging, the boom I used (LTR 1100) was much to heavy. So, I replaced it with the boom from the LTM 1030, which I had attached to the R 924 Compact earlier, for which the boom was obviously also much to heavy. No everything is in good balance, and the smaller clamshell bucket (Norscot A 904 C) fits perfectly. Because this boom is less heavy, the cilinders have no problems keeping it of the ground now.  But... I still wanted to use the bigger and heavier boom. So what do you do then... Well, you take a bigger excavator of course! The Case CX 800 T-UHD is perfect for this. It's big, heavy and the cilinders are more than strong enough to hold the boom of the ground as well.

I made a new attachment for the model. It's the stick from a Liebherr A 904 C Material Handler. It can be carried both by the R 954 C as by the A 904 C tool carrier. But first a photo of the model with thew new cab from the Universal Hobbies Liebherr R 944 C.  With the new add-on stick, equipped with the R 924 Leonard hammer.  Small sorting grab from the A 904 C MH...   And with a small bucket from the Liebherr A 314.

I made some minor adjustments to the model, and gave it Conrad's new tracks. These are the 13 mm triple-grouser variants. As this is primarli a demolition machine, narrower tracks make more sense than the original wide (18 mm) tracks.

I have to think about the first rubble 'bucket' for a while, but for now, here's prototype no. 2. Although it might look more of a filter bucket...    Reversed on the stick.   And the machine with the second special bucket I got from CMM Schwerlast a while ago.
