finally finished painting all the boom sections, nothing much more to do to it besides maybe hydro lines, debating on adding them, but anyways, enjoy added cable to the spools on the side all sections at 50%

you will love the model jason! white would look good too! since im almost done with the lr1600 assembly video, i started thinking about the ltm1500 video, wanting to assemble it without the use of an assist crane but i will have to bring one in anyway to attatch the wings, but anyways, i had luis build me a transporting rig for the 84m boom, was thinking of a launch trailer but figured that would be a little difficult and then i remembered a video on youtube of a special boom installer trailer boom install video, but thought that would be difficult also with the adjusting mechanisms, so searched a little more, and came across something on hansebube, its basically a sliding frame, that sits on a trailer. luis changed a few things to not copy his, came out great though! very happy with it. hauling off 54m boom also had this Aux tip made for the cc8800, can fit with both sheave assemblies on or just one, has 2 sheaves, A2B, and a tie off point, very well made!

Nice pics brandon! Does the kit help the ltm 1500 turn better brandon as my ltm is hard to turn it. And the reel turns? As i want to get it but i want to be shure it helps turn the boom smooth. SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. http://s1185.photobucket.com/home/vipyfz2008/indexhttp://www.youtube.com/user/vipyfz?feature=mheeluis.

it turns pretty smoothly, might just need a little grease under it. the cable reel however does not turn, has to be glued on, you could probably make it turn but would need a little modification

was bored so i decided to shorten up the ptc. pretty simple to do, i just had to remake the luffing mast pendant straps. i emailed wsi back when i made the assembly video and asked for a few finality sets as i needed some to make the full extension set work, they were kind enough to send me about 20 of them. and i got the thread from hobby lobby. anyway, now i can set this crane up in 4 different configurations, plus if i just wanted the main boom only. in this configuration, it is the same height as the older version ptc with the smaller boom sections. which still is a big model! new pendant sets
