Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"? ... It's better to be silent and thought a fool, then to speak up and remove all doubt The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

Great pics! Thanks, I never realized the LTM1400 had a removable rear set of outriggers like the grove 7550s. Nice looking crane, and yeah I see 2 counter weights going down the highway all the time around here! Ballast trailer is for what? Mark

to be honest i didnt know they did either... Qball called me yesterday and told me they were not attached and i told him he must be mistaken and sure enough he was right.... this must be some sort of option available through Liebherr cause i had no idea they could come off.
this thing is such a sexy crane... we are gonna go back in a few days and watch them set it up

Great pics Dewoc! Those LTM-1400's are sweet cranes! When ordering a crane (specially one slated for driving in the US) there are a few options to make transporting the crane easier. Removable outriggers is one option! Also if you look at a LTM-1400 from a company in Europe and compare the pictures to the ones you've taken, you should notice that the LTM-1400 is wider then the normal European version of the crane. Great pics! keep em' comin bud!

Great pictures! The machine looks to be cosmetically well maintained as well although quite new as well.
Stevenson has definitely made their mark in the Chicago area. They have given Gatwood and Central competition in the larger size all terain machines and Central with crawlers. In the latter they seem to have filled the void and updated from where Donald B. McNeal was.
They have a nice facility as well to support their operations.
