Jack. wrote:That soilmec crane is nice, anybody got any info on it? Price, Manufacturer, Where to find it? Unknown Chinese manufacturer, just like the SR-70 and SR-100 models. Price was €230 euro's at Bauma. But it was said to be €250 euro's in the Soilmec shop after Bauma. I expect DHS to have it as well in a few weeks / months.

Yes, it does leave you wondering who's right!.
I have heard from another source that it was due later this year so hopefully that combined with the info from the Terex Shop strengthens the case for it.
Personally, I'd consider it a bit daft to put a lot of time and effort into a model to the point of unveiling a scale proto-type then not produce it.
On the basis of it is being produced, it would be nice if Conrad would just come out and confirm it.

For the new Hitachi excavators that were released, is DHS selling them or do you get them through Hitachi? Does Hitachi have a web shop for hats and shirts in the USA? I can only find a europe one. Thanks, Aaron

So the only new CAT models that were there or announced are the 336E, 988K, an updated version of the 7495 and the dragline?

It's a limited edition Scheuerle-Bauma 2013; the prime mover is Mercedes Actros Mp3 4-axle and 6-axle Intercombi with power booster PPU in the red Scheuerle factory colours; the load is a Hitachi 870LCH.

As most of the new models have already been posted, I will not repost the same. But here are a couple not yet shown. Sennebogen 8130 EQ material handler. Very nice model, although at closer inspection the undercarriage is mostly plastic, and doesn't look very sturdy. Still, price is said to be € 129 euro's in Europe, same as the 690 with grab and dragline and the 5500 crawler crane.

And a couple of the Terex CC 3800. They removed the counterweights on the second day, and moved the crane so the jib rested against the corner of the glass. The model was mostly plastic, and this in combination with a glass displaycase and direct sunlight several parts were starting to bent...

A few others. Liebherr LTM 1500-8.1 in factory livery. Price... LTC 1045-3.1 Liebherr L 580 log handler. Of course I picked this baby up! Especially because I had already built one a few years ago. Liebherr L 506 Compact wheelloader. I got this as well to expand my wheelloader collection. I thought I was about finished with it, but Liebherr released no less than 4 new wheelloader models at Bauma.. Well, still two to go...

Final batch for now. These were available in the HTM shop. They look quite nice, although a bit too green for me... If they were darkblue I probably would have gotten one. We noticed this though... To fit the quickcoupler of the R 954B HRD boom to the short stick of the R 954C they had to make it smaller. And the Wirtgen W250i milling machine. Amazing model for a very reasonable price! And my personal favorite. The Wirtgen 4200SM Surface Miner. They had the real thing as well at the stand, and I have a photo of me posing next to it. That's it for now. I have a few more, among them the new WSI Vögele pavers, but have to upload them first.

Because it is one of Liebherr's most successful cranes and has been asked for by collectors for 15 years! There are also some killer liveries out there. Great job on all the photos! Paul R

Well, hope the crane guys are happy with the model. I must admit, it looks very good. Paul R wrote:Great job on all the photos! Thanks, all with my iPhone, and I have to say not bad at all! Here are some more I made with my camera. Zoomlion and Sany also had some models available. Sany had their new giant concrete pump for example, based on the large crane undercarriage. It was in 1:50th and was priced at € 200 euro's. Zoomlion had a beautiful foundation machine on display. It was based on a Caterpillar excavator, but wasn't 1:50th. I now regret not getting any pictures of it though... The diorama at the Mammoet shop, including the new LR 1600/2, LTM 1500-8.1 and new Faun ATF 70G cranes. Nice detail...
