Nice pics Remko, do you happen to know what's under the hood of the 4200Sm? I am guessing a MTU 2000 series. I know all Wirtgen group machines have Deutz engines, but I don't think they make one big enough for the 4200.

Nothing new though, just the ones we already knew were coming or have already been released. They did have a nice deal on the EC 460's (€ 56 euro's), EW 180 (€ 49 euro's) and EC 700 C demolition model (€ 72 euro's).

I look forward to the photos of the Hamm H 13i compactors. Are they NZG or WSI? There are still some models from the show that we haven't seen yet such as the Terex TA400, Hitachi ZW310-5 and MAIT HR-180. I still haven't heard if Zoomlion had their crane models for sale or not. Please use this before clicking "post"??? You may be surprised with what you see!

Remco,
Did WSI say when the Palfinger Cranes would be Available to Public?? In the Crane Etc Bauma Review Steve said that the Models were only available direct from Palfinger Stand only & Had sold out.

The Hamm compactors are made by NZG. I missed the Terex TA400, although it is my understanding that this is a slightly reworked (renumbered) version of the TA40 from NZG. The Hitachi ZW310-5 wheelloader model was not on display, but will be released somewhere later this year. Zoomlion had a few of their models available, but nothing new. Except for the large scale piling rig and concrete pump. But I might have missed them... The Zoomlion stand girls were very interesting as well with their tight fitting Iron Man outfits... Cat345bl wrote:Thanks Remko, it surely a beast! Yep, sure is. Now I have to think about a good sized dumptruck to go with it. The Terex TR100 would be nice I think, although a bit to small for the surface minder. Jim_sparky wrote:Remco,

You mean Ian... But no, I haven't asked when the Palfinger models would be available for the general public. The ones at Bauma were probably flown in from China just like the LTM 1500's. The rest will follow by ship in the next couple of months.

Excellent review Ian, glad to see that Plonker crane has made it to Bauma (look at around 37 sec's) Steve.

They must have set it up after we left... It's not only a towercrane, but a fast-erecting crane as well I gather...
