Well, I hope that this one will be less than $500.00. If it becames much expansive, I'll not be able to get one. I want get one of each (Yellow and white), but in this case ($650 to $800) I'll get only the manivoc 4100 dragline and the CCM CATs...

my local dealer said the cost of shipping and zinc went up. he has all the first gear stuff and his prices are remarkably cheap. but...theres 2 first gear 560 payloaders there,,,,one has been there forever and its around 130. the new one that came with last months shipment is over 160, he says he doesnt set the price,,,he had to pay 30 bucks more for each 560 in the new order. norscot 950h were 33 bucks first round...now they are 45....everything goes up. ironically matchbox cars were a buck when my dad was a kid...they were a buck when i was a kid and my kids buy them for a buck today...the price didnt go up but theres less detail and more plastic now than before. i think in todasys market the models coat more across the board...to make to ship to sell. everything. this loader looks like a hit. im sure it will sell. brian

An Italian internetshop offers it for 449€. But I guess in average the model will cost less than that. The same store offers the 495HF for 699€. I got mine for 420€. So there´s a good chance to get the LeTourneau much cheaper than at this Italian shop. The price in the US will be the same I think. Just change the € fo $.

I didn't read all the postings on this thread, but after looking at the pictures of the 1850 on the Bauforum all I can say is WOW. If you had anything to do with this project Master Chuck, Thank You. I sure hope to get one.

Regards, Randy

I have already set aside space in my new display cabinets for a pair of them. One of each color of course. Should compliment my Alan Smith L1850 in Blue / White nicely. Only problem now... what to load with them? hhhhmmmm...... ????

Personally, I would have preferred to see the 950 as a wheel loader by TWH and / or the Wheel Dozer. Could have made twice the models from one mold. But again, those sorts of decisions are made by the Machine Manufacturers... not us and not the model manufacturer. Someone mentioned on here that the 1850 was LeT's highest volume in sales, so it seems logical to make this model. Maybe TWH needs to make a nice Haul Truck to match???? ...Prt

:d/ I'm with you on that one Michael, they could have produced it with the standard 33cu/yd bucket and with the 45cu/yd coal bucket, then they could have made a Kress coal hauler to go with it,would have made a nice combination Kress coal hauler
Regards
Joe.

I want both, white and yellow, but I think that I'll be able to get just one of them, and I think the withe one will be the best option. Michael, what do you think to put this 1850 with one TEREX MT4400AC. It will be great!

Does anyone have any more photos from the Toyfair of this model?
Is it a limited number like the Bucyrus shovels?
When will it be released?

I want one to go with my ASAM L2350 in white.

suggest price of le-toruneau L1850 from NZG is 449,00euro... 495HF is quoted 699 because only one on stock.. and 495HF Syncrude is 999 for the same only one in stock..

than, i think that it is not comparisable the cost of a models that will be avaiable in few months with a model that was sold out and discontinued... (and in limited edition) ;)

in USA, THW models have lower cost than in europe, imported by nzg.. that's is SURE ;)

Anyone know how many units will be produced for the TWH LeTourneau L-1850 Wheel Loader? I've heard it's a limited edition but just curious how many?

The earlier reports were saying somewhere around 300-500 in each color, which sounds about right seeing as though that seems to be TWH's numbers on some of their other runs.I plan on having one in each color in my personal collection will compliment the Alan Smith LeTourneau L2350 I just got from him.
