Aubrey, my guess is that this is from an official WSI/Mammoet stand at the European Model Show in Ede this weekend.
In other words, it's an offical announcement!.

Thanks paul,my apologies to scaniakobelco if im wrong..but i thought there was no official release at Ede and that BAUMA in april was the next official release date for new announcement.. ...could have been sat on for another week or two though  Aubrey.
